Rules & Requirements

The below described rules and requirements, and the listed documents are valid for all mobilities in the frame of the cLINK project from Asia to LogDynamics at the University of Bremen (Uni-HB). All general details of the rules and requirements are available at www.clink-edu.eu. The cLINK project closed on the 14th of July 2016 its portal after 4 years of fruitful exchange.

Requirements
It is the responsibility of the applicant that all obligatory documents are uploaded. Applicants are requested to upload scanned versions of all original documents (transcripts of record, diploma, degree certificates, language certificates etc.). In addition, scanned versions of certified translations/official translations of all these documents into English or the language of the host country (for the University of Bremen: English or German) are obligatory. All selected scholars are advised to check with their host universities if there are specific deadlines for submitting original documents. Admission criteria of all partner institutions in the consortium have to be respected. All applicants need to check the general information sheet of the respective host university.

In case, applicants do not have all required documents at the end of the call (e.g. they don’t have obtained their degree yet, but will have obtained it once the mobility starts), they are asked to get in touch with the respective host university. In case the official cLINK contact person at the host university exceptionally agrees that some documents can be sent after the application deadline, this email conversation should be copied & pasted and uploaded in the online application as an explanation. In case the application is successful, scholars will be conditionally accepted and given a certain deadline in order to submit the missing document. However, applicants who have submitted complete applications by uploading all required documents will be favoured.

The following minimum requirements need to be fulfiled by all cLINK scholars. By submitting the signed invitation and acceptance letter from the host university, cLINK scholars agree to adhere to these minimum requirements. In case scholars are not able to fulfil the minimum requirements, they will not receive their last scholarship instalment, i.e. the amount of one month of subsistence allowance.
• UG & Master: In case scholars are planning to do research activities for their bachelor or master thesis, they are asked to precisely describe their planned research activities in the learning agreement (LA, instead of or additionally to listing courses). Since most of the courses taught at Uni-HB are in German, LogDynamics offers the cLINK students to agree a research project, which can be done in English. These planned research activities must be achieved.
• PhD, post-docs, staff: cLINK scholars need to successfully complete their planned research/study/teaching/training (RSTT) activities as described in their RSTT plan. PhD candidates need to submit an intermediate report. After the first academic year, PhD candidates need to submit an intermediate report (to the supervisory team to evaluate the progress) about their academic progress achieved at the host university.
